Challenge
Mr. Becker was having issues with snow and ice falling dangerously from his metal roof. Metal roofs are know to build up ice layer on the bottom surface creating a top heavy sheet that willeventually give way- exactly the way avalanches happen. This is a dangerous combination if someone were to walk underneath it. We needed to save Mr. Becker from a costly hospital bill.
Solution
The solution was to adda UV stabilized polycarbonate mini guard system. Each snow guard is placed strategically in a pattern that holds snow and ice back so that the sun can melt away the hazard.
