Challenge
This vintage home in Denver, CO was hit hard with a hail storm in July, 2017. The roof and gutters sustained the most damage. The shingle hits we're almost 2" big and if the roof wasn't replaced it would eventually start leaking. The roof didn't have enough ventilation and was not up to code.
Solution
After working with the client's insurance company, we were able to get the entire roof and gutters replaced. We also upgraded the shingles to GAF shingles and added much-needed ventilation to the roof.
